- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. You can stop auto-renewal at any time from Account → Subscription, and you keep access until the end of your current paid period.
- Are subscriptions refundable?
- No. A Nakitte subscription is a digital service activated instantly on payment, so under Turkish Consumer Protection Law (Law no. 6502, Art. 15/1-g) the right of withdrawal does not apply and payments are non-refundable. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time to avoid future charges.
