
PH accepts UN Security Council loss to Kyrgyzstan after multi-round vote
MANILA, Philippines — The Philippines on Thursday accepted the outcome of the United Nations Security Council election and congratulated Kyrgyzstan after losing its bid for a nonpermanent seat for the 2027–2028 term.
